LAb[au] first came to my attention a couple of years ago with some really interesting process based prints, constructed by assigning units of time and events to colours. The extraordinary work above is Tessel, a construction of triangular panels, all moving in choreographed sequence. Each panel also vibrates to produce sound, composed by David Letellier (who also releases great music as Kangding Ray).
